ageless well-being

25 years in China, a journey through Taiji, holistic philosophy and energetic well-being

Fabio GL Homabio, Who I am in brief

My journey into the holistic world began in 2015 in Zhuhai, China, where I had the privilege of learning Taiji directly from Master Chen of the 17th generation of the Chen family. This meeting opened the doors to a deeper research on Taoist philosophy and the Chinese holistic vision of well-being.

Driven by curiosity and the desire to understand the human being in his totality, I continued my journey studying foot, facial and palmar reflexology, and then expanded my knowledge in full body massage, attending training courses in Turin and Rome.

At the same time, I immersed myself in the study of bioenergetics, Reiki and subtle energies, also deepening the connection between man and the four elements - earth, water, fire and air - and their influences on our psychophysical balance.

My research path also extended to the spiritual and theological aspect, leading me to study the roots of Buddhism, Hinduism and Christianity. This journey through different traditions has allowed me to better understand the relationship between body, mind and spirit, further enriching my holistic approach.

I never stop deepening my knowledge of holistic philosophy and the vision of the human being through the teachings of Master Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov, whom I consider an essential guide in my journey.

All these experiences and knowledge are integrated into my holistic treatments, which I customize based on the needs of each person, with the aim of rebalancing body, mind and energy, promoting an authentic state of well-being and harmony detected thanks to the gift of sensitivity to subtle energies measured with the radiesthetic technique.

Man is born soft and elastic, he dies hard and stiff. The secret of Taiji is to maintain elasticity and softness for a long time.

Let's Enter a Healthy Life Together (Translation of Master Chen's Invitation)

As the pace of society accelerates and people's living standards improve, various diseases have begun to affect people's physical and mental health. Diseases such as neurasthenia, indigestion, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, neck pain, shoulder pain, spine pain, waist pain, and leg pain are on the rise. People generally need a slow exercise method to regulate nervous tension and eliminate tiredness from the day. Experts believe that aerobic exercise is the best, and traditional Tai Chi combines the meridian theory of traditional Chinese medicine. It has a positive effect on medical rehabilitation, physical fitness, and temperament development. It has been recognized by more and more practitioners around the world. Whether it is the cardiovascular system, respiratory system, digestive system, or motor organs of man, long-term perseverance will bring benefits to everyone. Practicing Tai Chi can increase leg strength, improve flexibility, endurance and balance of the body, thus preventing falls in the elderly. Zhong Nanshan, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, pointed out in a lecture entitled "Taking Care of the Health of Middle-aged People" that "people who are too tired chase death." He said that today's office workers "buy money with their life before the age of 40, and buy life with money after the age of 40." He said that a survey showed that the average age of senior intellectuals in China is 58, much lower than the average age of the Chinese population of 69. Many senior government officials and business elites have died of illness in their 40s due to heavy work pressure. Another survey showed that 73.77% of the population in Guangdong is in sub-health status, the second lowest in the country after Beijing. Zhong Yuanshang believes that among the factors that determine a person's health, genetics and environmental factors account for only 15% and 18% respectively, while attitude to life and lifestyle account for 60%. He proposed that psychological balance, balanced diet, adequate physical activity, smoking cessation and alcohol restriction, and early prevention and treatment are the five fundamental pillars of human health, among which psychological balance is the most important. Depression and pessimism are the main causes of death for human health. Traditional Tai Chi is a comprehensive exercise that cultivates both the inside and outside of the body. Its fitness value is multifaceted: physical, spiritual and artistic. It externally trains the joints, bones and muscles of the whole body, and internally the consciousness, mental temperament and nervous functions. First, the movements, postures, tendons and skin are trained, then deeper and the thoughts and internal energy activities are trained, thus training from the outside in and from the inside out. This method is not a simple activity. It is under the control of the mind that the human nervous system, motor function, respiratory system, circulatory system, digestive system, immune system, etc. are comprehensively improved. Its fitness value is comprehensive, natural and scientific. It is this kind of mental activity that has a stimulating effect on the human brain, which is helpful in improving the thinking, reaction, discrimination ability and coordination ability of the body. It is of great benefit to the intellectual development of students and has the effect of improving the brain capacity and prolonging the life of middle-aged and elderly people. Regular practice of Tai Chi can make people more energetic at work, prevent many diseases, and promote physical and mental health. That's why those who practice Tai Chi all year round say, "Doctors cure diseases, Tai Chi cures the root cause." The Xinyi Tai Chi Martial Arts School of Hunyuan Pavilion in Zhuhai Xiangzhou started traditional Tai Chi training in response to people's needs. It is located in Area 6-7 on the north side of the second floor platform of the Zhuhai Sports Center gymnasium (i.e. above the bowling alley). It mainly teaches traditional Chen-style Tai Chi (sword, knife, etc.) and other martial arts. It is a legal commercial organization registered with the Zhuhai Industrial and Commercial Bureau, and is also a highly recommended member unit of the Zhuhai Wushu Association and the Tai Chi Association. The director and head coach of this martial arts school, Mr. Chen Fang, has learned Shaolin martial arts since he was young. He studied with the famous Chen Style Tai Chi Master Ma Hong, Che Style Xingyiquan Master Cheng Suren, Mai Style Xinyiquan Master Li Haibo, and World Professional Muay Thai Champion and founder of International Mixed Boxing Huang Jiada. He has won first prizes and gold medals in national and international competitions numerous times. He is currently a sixth-degree Chinese martial artist and a seventh-degree international martial artist. He is the vice president of the World Wushu Research Society, a senior international martial arts coach, and a certified boxer of the 2000 Chenjiagou (Wenxian) International Annual Conference in China. He has served as a referee in various martial arts competitions in and outside the province and in Zhuhai City. He has been teaching in Zhuhai for many years and has trained nearly a thousand elite personalities from all walks of life. Nearly a hundred of his students have won prizes in various competitions. Traditional Tai Chi is actually the first choice of an elegant fitness program for martial arts enthusiasts and people from all walks of life. It is also the most useful fitness program for people who are not in good health and those with various diseases who want to restore their health. This has been recognized internationally. It is also a good way for young people and children to improve their physical and mental intellectual qualities at the same time. Once you learn it, you will benefit from it for life.

To ensure the quality of teaching, this martial arts school adopts small classes, consisting of 5 people each, divided into three classes: morning, afternoon and evening. Each class lasts 2 hours and the semester lasts 2 months. If you fail to learn it in this semester, you can learn it for free in the next semester, until you learn it.
