When energy flows again, the body lets go
I am an energy healer and holistic practitioner. For years I have studied and practised the traditions that read the body long before us: Chinese foot reflexology, Vietnamese facial reflexology, Japanese Kobido, Reiki, the chakra system.
Every session begins with listening. Then comes touch, slowly, and finally the energy work, which we look at together before and after. I do not promise cures: I offer a time in which the body can finally stop defending itself.

The signature treatment
Homabio, from feet to hair
Two hours that bring together every technique I practise: a chakra reading to begin, foot reflexology, work on legs, back and arms, reflexology of the face and hands, Reiki. At the end a second reading, to see together what has changed.
It closes with a shamanic-inspired ritual: palo santo smoke, connection with the earth and with light, the blessing.

Time in a treatment
A treatment is not the same from the first minute to the last. This is what happens as time goes by.
The first 20 minutes
Letting go
The body stops “doing”. The nervous system lowers its guard, the breath widens, the mind begins to release the day that has been. It is only the beginning.
Between 30 and 60 minutes
Melting
The tensions you have carried for months, hidden in the shoulders, the jaw, the diaphragm, finally begin to give way. Well-being is no longer an idea: you feel it.
Beyond the hour
Silence
This is where the real work happens. The body enters a deep stillness, the mind falls quiet. It is not sleep: it is regeneration.
From 90 to 120 minutes
Transformation
The deep muscles, the ones you never reach, release on their own. Your breath returns to that of a child. This is the space where change happens.

Before you book
What does holistic treatment mean?
Holistic comes from the Greek holos, “whole”. It means considering the person in the wholeness of body, mind and spirit, not as a sum of parts. That is why every Olisticum treatment, even when it works on the body, speaks to the whole person.
How much does a massage at Olisticum in Bari cost?
Prices depend on the length: mini treatments of 15–20 minutes cost €20, treatments of 60–75 minutes €60, deep treatments of 120 minutes €90. The chakra reading is free or by donation. All the details are in the price list.
Do you offer massage and treatments at home?
Yes. I bring the treatment table and everything needed to your home, in Bari and the surrounding area as far as Conversano and Monopoli, with a mileage supplement.
Where is the studio?
The studio is in Bari, at Via Angelo Bertolini 14 Sub. Treatments also take place at Bibiland, on the hill of Polignano a Mare, outdoors among the olive trees or in the greenhouse. How to get there.

What is the difference between the Homabio treatment and the Full Body?
Which treatment should I choose for a stiff neck and shoulders?
The full body neck treatment is designed for exactly this: it starts with foot reflexology on the reflex area of the neck and reaches the neck, shoulders, face and head. For a short break there is also an express version of 15–20 minutes.
Can I see my energy readings after the session?
Yes. After every session you receive on WhatsApp the link to your client area: the seven chakras before and after the treatment, energy quality and quantity, stress level, your crystal and my assessment, with the history of all your sessions. To get in you only need the link and, the first time, your year of birth.
