Cookies and third-party tools
The site is made of static pages. It installs no profiling cookies of its own, uses no statistics tools and loads its fonts from its own server.
The home page and the price list show the Google reviews box, provided by the Elfsight service (Elfsight LLC). When the box loads, your browser connects to the servers of Elfsight and Google, which receive technical data such as your IP address and may use cookies or similar tools according to their own notices.
As with any website, the hosting provider records some technical browsing data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) to ensure security and operation. This data is not used to identify you.
Links to external services
The site contains links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Google Calendar, Instagram, TripAdvisor and Amazon. Only when you choose to open them do you enter those companies’ services, which process data according to their own notices.
When you contact me
If you write or call, I process the data you give me (name, contact details, content of the message) to reply and to manage your booking. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures at your request. Data is kept for the time needed to manage the relationship and to meet legal obligations, tax obligations in particular.
When you receive a treatment
Before the session I may ask for some information useful for working safely (for example pregnancy, current therapies, a doctor’s indications) and, if you wish, fill in a personal sheet with the chakra readings. As this information may concern health, I collect it only with your explicit written consent, which you may withdraw at any time. It is not shared with third parties.
Your rights
You may at any time ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you may object to processing or withdraw consent, by writing to the contacts above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
