Foot reflexology for the neck

Our treatment begins with targeted foot reflexology, focused on the reflex area of the neck. This technique stimulates specific points on the feet that correspond to the cervical area, starting the process of relaxation and pain relief.

Energy balancing with Reiki

We continue with an energy balancing through Reiki, a natural healing method that helps restore the body’s energy balance. This phase of the treatment is essential to reduce stress and promote a sense of peace and calm.

Facial reflexology and neck treatment

The journey continues with facial reflexology, a gentle technique that works on the reflex points of the face, followed by a specific treatment for the neck area. This holistic approach helps relax the muscles of the neck, shoulders and face, easing tension and improving circulation in these areas.

Complete relaxation of the head and hair

The treatment culminates in a gentle manipulation of the head and hair, an experience that lets the receiver surrender completely to relaxation. This final phase helps release any remaining tension, leaving a feeling of lightness and well-being.

The stages of the treatment

Lying on your back

• Energy reading of the chakras.
• Moisturising the foot with shea butter.
• Warming up the joints of the foot.
• Manual reflexology treatment of the foot.

Lying face down

• Mechanical vibratory reflexology treatment of the foot, legs and buttocks.
• Manual and mechanical treatment of the shoulder, focusing on the neck area up to the head.

Lying on your back

• Chakra balancing (if needed) through Reiki.
• Facial reflexology treatment for relaxation and toning, basic mandatory points (PBO) and focus on the reflex areas corresponding to the cervical vertebrae.

The treatment takes place in Bari in the studio, at your home, or in the middle of nature, on a hill overlooking the sea near Polignano a Mare. At least one session a week is recommended.
