Reiki is a simple and effective technique for reducing stress, relaxing and restoring psychophysical health through the use of so-called “universal energy”, which is transmitted through the hands.
Full treatment
About 100 minutes
The full treatment is carried out through an energy transmission, with or without physical contact. The sensations you may feel are physical sensations of warmth, small jolts or tingling, or vivid images, especially at the points where the chakras are located, together with a feeling of deep relaxation.
Through a particular procedure, the energy centres and the organs (heart, liver, spleen and pancreas, intestine) are re-tuned; the work covers the front and back of the person, from head to feet.
The treatment can help with neck pain.

Reiki energy balancing: a healing path with or without physical contact
Our Reiki experts offer a unique balancing treatment, which can be carried out either with direct physical contact or at a distance. This method lets you perceive physical sensations such as warmth, slight jolts or tingling, and encourages a deeper connection with your inner self through vivid images. This happens especially at the key points of the chakras, bringing a feeling of deep relaxation.
During the treatment a particular resonance re-tunes the body’s energy centres, allowing greater harmony and well-being. With Reiki the door opens to better health, both physical and emotional.
Where and how often
The treatment takes place in Bari in the studio, at your home, or in the middle of nature, on a hill overlooking the sea near Polignano a Mare. At least one session a week is recommended.
